Trebor International is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling and testing AODD pumps, service kits, and sub-assemblies used in the semiconductor industry. You’ll work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring each product meets our high standards for quality and performance.

Starting at $21.00/hr + Quarterly Bonus

Hours are 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly and testing operations on multiple AODD pump product lines, service kits, and sub-assemblies following standard work instructions in an ISO 9001 environment.

• Champion 5S activities and projects focused on product line cell ownership.

• Read and fully understand written instructions, product drawings, and diagrams.

• Regularly audit and redline standard work instructions as part of cell ownership and continuous improvement.

• Perform simple set-ups for test stands, fixtures, and toooling following standard work instructions.

• Effectively communicate with peers and management both verbally and in writing.

• Serve as an effective trainer to other production technicians as necessary.

• Properly document and handle material scrap following documented procedure.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2-3 years experience in a production/manufacturing setting and/or mechanical assembly.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

• Ability to use various hand tools used to crimp, cut, strip and measure.

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
