YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administration, adaptation and further development of existing ERP and CRM systems as well as business processes based on the company's goals

• Documentation and quality assurance of IT systems and IT processes in compliance with legal and internal company guidelines

• Identification and implementation of strategies for the optimal IT infrastructure

• Collaboration in the creation and implementation of the digital transformation of business processes

• Communication and management of external service providers and consultants as well as Group IT

• Ensuring and maintaining a SOX-compliant IT environment by regulating access rights and various controls

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed relevant studies, desirable with extensive professional experience in the field of information technology

• Experience in the administration and further development of an ERP system (MS Dynamics 365 Business Central)

• Knowledge of online shop, CRM (Dynamics 365 CRM), workflow solutions (Power Apps) and document management systems (ELO DMS)

• Database knowledge with SQL Server and MySQL

• Knowledge of server operating systems (Hyper-V, Windows and Linux) and programming skills (C/AL, AL, C#, PL/SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP)

• Good written and spoken English skills
