Customer Service Admin Support
KZValve, LLC – Greenwood, NE
Summary:
The primary objective of the Customer Service Admin Support position is to support the customer service department by facilitating quality and processes. The Customer Service Admin Support will also field phone calls from customers and end users in need of assistance. This is an entry level position. Some customer service experience in a manufacturing experience preferred.
Description:
• Data maintenance in ERP and CRM
• Regular reporting as it pertains to customer account status, on time deliver, etc.
• Assist with various projects for sales and marketing
• Receives requests for purchase orders, order changes, pricing adjustments and cancellations directly from customers in various marketing channels.
• Uses computer to retrieve customer information and purchase order status.
• Works with other internal departments including Sales, Accounting, and Supply Chain to coordinate and resolve customer inquiries.
• Issues Returned Material Authorization (RMA) for warranty return items when appropriate and follows through to completion with replacement goods or issuance of credit.
• Issues requests for Credit Memos and works closely with accounting staff on invoicing issues.
• Instrumental in increasing department/company efficiencies by participating in continuous improvement activities.
• Maintains technical competence through attendance of training.
Qualifications:
• Detail-oriented/planning and organizing skills
• Computer proficient—strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills
• Self-motivated, action-oriented individual who can manage their workload and work independently
• Superior teamwork skills
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to talk to internal and external customers in a pleasant manner on the phone
Position Details:
• Regular part-time, non-exempt position. Typical workweek is Monday through Friday and workload demands may require overtime as needed.
• Core hours for the customer service admin support role is 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. each typical workday.
