Electromechanical Assembly (Semiconductor Heaters)

Are you an experienced Electromechanical Assembler looking for an exciting opportunity in the semiconductor heater industry? Trebor International is seeking a Heater Assembler II to join our team, assembling and testing high-purity inline chemical and deionized water heaters used in critical manufacturing applications. This role requires troubleshooting, rework, and ensuring product quality to meet Trebor International’s high standards for semiconductor heater systems.

Starting at $20.00/hr + Quarterly Bonus

Hours are 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble and test heater systems, upgrade kits, heater modules, and sub-assemblies.

• Troubleshoot, rework, and ensure the quality of electromechanical heater components.

• Perform set-ups for test stands, assembly fixtures, and specialized test equipment.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.

• Train and mentor team members on product lines.

• Package and prepare heater systems for shipment.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus)

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly roleExperience with electromechanical assembly and sub-assemblies (preferred)

• Proficiency with hand tools, soldering equipment, and testing instruments

• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English

• Strong attention to detail and precision in your workProblem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently, write by hand, basic computer skills, and operate simple hand tools used to crimp, cut, strip and measure.
