IDEX Marketing Communications Manager in United States
To lead the International (ROW, excluding USA & Canada) marketing function which includes strategic marketing, and communications and special marketing assignments to effectively and profitably market the Company’s products by performing the below duties and responsibilities.
To lead the development and execution of tactical marketing plans for Hale products based on targeted growth initiatives that align with the business & sales team goals. Primary responsibilities include strategy, administration and execution of digital marketing campaigns, leads management, external communications, marketing collateral/content creation, product launches, managing website functionality and content.

In cooperation with other marketing leaders within IDEX Fire & Safety, establishes strategic marketing plans to achieve group objectives for markets, products and services.
Responsible for the preparation and execution of Hale marketing initiatives and budget.
Collaborates with a collective team to plan and execute Hales marketing and marcoms activities.This includes responsibility for the marketing mix, digital, product marketing, marketing communications, digital campaigns, print advertising and public relations.
Prepares and communicates Hales marketing KPI’s that measures progress in key areas such as email campaigns, website rankings, SEO results, and lead generation.
Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to develop services and programs that are responsive to customer needs and market opportunities for ROI.
Plan and creates marketing materials in support of Hale’s targeted growth initiatives by collaborating with key Business Unit resources, IDEX Fire & Safety resources, or outside service companies.Marketing materials include and are not limited to catalogs, brochures, videos, sales samples and tools, PowerPoint presentations, white papers, advertisements and websites
Maintains technical and branding accuracy of all existing marketing materials - which includes catalogs, brochures, technical data sheets, service and operation manuals, videos, PowerPoint presentations and websites.
Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image/brand voice across departments and throughout product lines, promotional materials and events.
Provides writing and/or editing support for outbound communications, including promotional materials, website content, announcements, etc. through the composition of clear, concise and grammatically correct copy.Drives the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication.
Investigates new marketing technologies and their fit within marketing objectives.
Manages inventory and reordering of marketing collateral (literature, display material, promotional items, etc.)
Keeps a pulse on the needs of internal and external customers.
Coordinates with trade show coordinators to develop and execute trade show plans.
Travel required up to 25% of the time.
Other roles and responsibilities as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Will include supervision of marketing team and management of external marketing resources.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications and 5-8 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a B2B environment.
Familiarity with B2B marketing campaigns
Proficiency with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Analytics
Proficiency with email marketing software
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
Graphic design experience a plus
Working knowledge of applicable Adobe CC programs
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
