A Production Associate is a multi-skilled employee that will perform a variety of duties to support the assembly of rescue tools and other products. Production Associates will perform a variety of activities including (but not limited to) material handling, stocking parts, quality inspections, and packaging products for shipping. Responsible for maintaining established quality standards while ensuring a safe and clean work environment.


Education Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience Required: One (1) plus year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.


Basic computer skills, including data entry, printing labels/work orders, etc.

Basic arithmetic knowledge (i.e.; addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) and ability to use basic numerical concepts (e.g., whole numbers, percentages) to complete job task

Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Follows established procedures to by measuring, testing, and conducting visual inspections to ensure final products meet quality requirements

Ability to follow standard work procedures with minimal guidance

Decision Making

Requires close and extensive guidance to choose the appropriate course of action

Relies heavily on leadership to make decision or choose right course of action when faced with issues or difficult situations

Follows set Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Work Instructions
