IDEX Customer Care Representative in Shelby, North Carolina

SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITES : Provide an interface between the company and customers for the purpose of quoting, entering orders and scheduling shipments. This role is a hybrid role and can be located at our Akron Brass, Hale or HURST locations.

REPORTING TO : Customer Service Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brings unity to the customer care team for North America across multiple brands and customer channels

  • Team development - Provides statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member.

  • Ensures employees have appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs.

  • Works as a leader of special or ongoing projects that are important to area/process improvement.

  • Facilitates the implementation of programs and processes to help the organization create a positive customer experience

  • Monitors case management and metrics to meet our team performance metrics

  • Liaison for interactions between Customer Care team and Sales teams, Tech Support team, and other intercompany interactions.
