Position Summary

The Regional Sales Director’s primary responsibility is to meet Annual Operating Plan (“AOP”) targets in the areas of Sales and Orders, and to identify new scalable paths to market via OEM, system integrator and EPC vehicles within the assigned geography.

This individual will have tremendous visibility within Pulsafeeder EPO and other IDEX business units and will report directly to the VP & Business Line Director.

Essential Functions

  • Sales and orders growth within the Premier Pulsafeeder direct business accounts

  • Develop strong relationship with end-customers and EPCs to identify and map the procurement path for large, complex projects

  • Develop Account Plans for OEM and system integrators best poised for growth

  • Development of new OEM and system integrator paths to market

  • Collaboration with internal commercial, product marketing and operational functions to achieve company goals in a team and ethical environment.

  • Executive reporting of competitive activity, industry trends, and sales performance vs plan.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred


  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in oil and gas, chemical or fluid processing industry preferred

  • Professional experience with industry peers will be given preferred consideration
