POSITION SUMMARY :
This position is responsible for driving success by leading our commercial team consisting of outside manufacturer’s rep network, National Accounts and Distribution partners to achieve maximum market potential in North America (Canada, USA, Mexico). This role will lead our distribution strategy to grow and differentiate Pulsafeeder in the marketplace by having the right channel to win in targeted segments. This position will also be responsible for developing relationships with key decision makers within the large industrial distribution networks and partner with Pulsafeeder channel to understand the key applications and end users that utilize our product offering. This position will develop and implement a strategy to build channel management programs, own and drive the Annual Budgeting and Forecast Cycles, establish pricing strategies to optimize profitability while growing market share, and implement a marketing plan for established customers and growing business sections across North America. This position will be a remote position.
Responsible for improving customer consumption; planning and implementing customer presentations, overseeing account profiles, monitoring competitor activity, help all communications with resellers, creating plans for growing market share and communicating channel activities.
Provides systems and creates partner management.
Learns different sales techniques and information on new products relevant to the industry.
Provides monthly reporting of estimates and pipeline.
Owns all Sales Budgeting and Monthly/Quarterly forecast processes
Delivers and exceeds Annual Operating Plan (AOP) commitments
Remains updated with Pulsafeeder competitors, products and problems.
Attends trade shows, seminars, product launchings and other events related to the industry.
Documents presentations, financial reports, customer contracts, price quotations and other paperwork to be prepared.
Optimize Channel Alignment by Market Vertical; determine and take right approach to engagement markets
Deploy IDEX Channel Management Toolkit
Ownership of pricing strategy, special pricing, rebates and discount programs
Be a champion and voice of the customer while actively promoting Pulsafeeder business in a positive way
Conducts contract negotiations with customers.
Responsible in planning and communicating in designated channel
Directs and commercializes activities, making sure that new products are ‘ready-to sell’ and executed on schedule and to budget.
Travel up to 50%
Participates in Daily Management calls with the cross functional teams
Collects data for predetermined metrics to support cross functional business need.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Must be well encouraged, possess leadership skills and suggests ideas for Pulsafeeder’s development. Must be able to direct a channel with multiple accounts and partners and promote teamwork and camaraderie amongst staff. Requires ability to communicate well and document reports and possess good interpersonal relationship towards co-workers.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Sales Management.
A Minimum of 5+ years of experience in overseeing channel partnership, and efficient presentation skills
Sales or sales related negotiation work experience
Strong Distribution background, preferably in industrial B2B
Meeting and exceeding KPI’ s used to monitor performance
Experience gained in the manufacturing and or water treatment industry
Preferably experience of 80/20
Strong analytical ability
- Bilingual a plus but not mandatory
Microsoft Office proficiency
