The Contract Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Sourcing Specialist position is a high-impact role with responsibility for sourcing and delivering highly qualified candidates. This individual will be responsible for providing deep sourcing expertise and high-quality sourcing services. Successful candidates will have a continuous improvement mindset and have possess the ability to build business acumen quickly. This individual will act as a company ambassador to external candidates. The Contract Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Sourcing Specialist will join a high-performing, results-oriented team that wins together.
This contract sourcing position could potentially be eligible for conversion to a permanent position and/or potentially expand into a full-cycle Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Associate position.
Responsibilities and Expectations
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team, participate in detailed intake calls and help to probe as needed to gain a deep understanding of requirements and expectations
Build comprehensive sourcing strategies with a robust focus on diversity and creatively source and network with candidates
Effectively review resumes for appropriateness of skills, knowledge and experience in relation to position requirements
Provide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position; ensure quality candidate experience through exceptional communication and timely candidate follow-up
Provide highly effective consultation and support to the Talent Acquisition team
Build a pipeline of talented candidates that fit the profile of the company's core competencies
Seek continuous improvements to enhance the capabilities of the process and implement positive changes
Participate in a variety of individual and team special projects
Qualifications and Skills
Service orientation and customer focus with the ability and desire to work with HR partners, hiring managers and candidates
Executive presence, professional demeanor and strong business acumen
Learning agility, adaptability and openness to change
Detail orientation, organizational skills and a commitment to following established processes and procedures
Ability to prioritize and maintain an appropriate workload
Demonstrated ability to source for a broad range of positions and geographies; experience sourcing in Operations, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance is highly preferred
Maintain subject matter expertise by staying abreast of best practices, legal developments, emerging trends, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
2 or more years of sourcing experience required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
The estimated compensation for this position is $35-50 per hour, depending on experience.
