Summary: The Marketing Manager is a leader who develops and executes Warren Rupp’s strategic and tactical marketing plans while driving customer intimacy throughout the organization. Primary responsibilities include the administration and the execution of digital marketing campaigns, management of sales leads system, and oversight of the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process. Other essential responsibilities include external communications, marketing collateral/content, product launches, website functionality and content, distributor portal functionality and content, and Learning Management System (LMS) for delivering training to the sales channels. This person also is the primary liaison between Warren Rupp and the IDEX Marketing Shared Services team assuring alignment and maximizing effectiveness.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Leads Warren Rupp’s digital marketing and print media campaigns.

  • Assures Warren Rupp’s brands dominate SEO rankings.

  • Accountable for assuring Leads system provides optimal results in terms of speed and quality and creates new lead generation opportunities.

  • Strengthens and implements Warren Rupp’s social media presence by developing brand awareness and generating inbound traffic. Report on the progress of applying various social media tactics using a variety of digital analytics and media tracking tools.

  • Responsible for the preparation of marketing plans to include long and short-term strategy and budget.

  • Prepares and communicates Warren Rupp marketing dashboard that measures progress in key areas such as email campaigns, website rankings, SEO, and leads.

  • Plans and creates marketing materials in support of Warren Rupp’s targeted growth initiatives by collaborating with company resources, IDEX corporate resources, or outside service companies. Marketing materials include and are not limited to catalogs, brochures, videos, sales samples and tools, PowerPoint presentations, white papers, and advertisements.

  • Maintains technical and branding accuracy of all existing marketing materials.

  • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image/brand voice across departments and throughout product lines, promotional materials and events.

  • Provides writing and editing support for outbound communications, including promotional materials, website content, announcements, etc. through the composition of clear, concise and grammatically correct copy. Drives the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication.

  • Develops and maintains marketing budget vs pre-determined resource allocations.

  • Supports all departments with PowerPoint training and sales presentations including support of pump schools.

  • Manages inventory and reordering of marketing collateral (literature, display material, promotional items, etc.)

  • Develops and executes trade show plans.

  • Works with Sales Leaders to organize events managed through our Warren Rupp distribution channel partners. Includes maintaining calendar of events and product/collateral/booth needs for these events.

  • Ensures Distribution partner websites are set up with most recent Brand and Data pages and/or web links are operating properly to utilize channel customer touches to maximize promotion of Warren Rupp products and solutions

  • Travel required up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications: Process Owner’s Minimum Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications with a minimum of 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

  • Required

  • Digital marketing campaigns

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Web Analytics

  • Preferred

  • Marketing campaigns in a B2B environment

  • Social Media marketing

Specific skills, knowledge, and/or licenses:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with email marketing software

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Technical aptitude a plus

  • Good presentation skills

  • Working knowledge of applicable Adobe CC programs
