Objective: To administer and maintain global treasury and banking systems, execute global treasury projects and initiatives, and support internal and external client requests.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Bank Relationship Management

1. Operational contact for relationship bank service providers

2. Coordination of banking Initiatives and service delivery to internal customers

3. Creation and maintenance of bank scorecard and wallet share analysis

4. Coordinate and maintain regular bank relationship reviews to address service level concerns, review future opportunities, and prioritize initiatives

5. Roll out of banking enhancements, new banking products and migration of legacy accounts to relationship bank platforms

Cash Positioning & Forecasting

1. Responsible for creation and maintenance of process to position US cash and make investment and borrowing decisions, coordination with banks on allocation of excess funds or efficient debt maintenance

2. Coordination of creation and improvement of consolidated cash flow forecast

3. Communication with departments and business units to help understand key drivers of cash flow, timing of expenditures, and improved ability to forecast large cash movements

4. Creation of executive level cash flow reporting

5. Tracking and improvement of forecast accuracy and understanding of variance drivers

Trade Finance

1. Assist the business units with trade finance needs, including review and coordination of Standby Letters of Credit & Documentary Collection instruments

2. Administer the banking trade channel module and monitor outstanding items to make sure that we have proactively actioned any outstanding items

3. Coordinate directly with the bank on any escalation items, and monitor any unique trade finance situations that require treasury input

4. Prepare quarterly reporting and coordination of LC fee invoice payment and booking

5. Work with International Treasury Manager to create best practices, policies, and training for trade finance and deliver training directly to business units and other interested parties

Payment Processing

1. Primary contact for business unit wire payment requests or escalation of payment related items

2. Monitor and efficiently process payments that are escalated to Corporate Treasury

3. Review and ensure that all payments are compliant with the Company’s cash disbursement policy, including identification and mitigation of potential payment fraud

4. Establish best practices and provide training and support for US domestic payment processing

5. Identify and lead initiatives to reduce cost and increase efficiency of payment processing operations, coordinate with International Treasury Manager on global payment policy & practice harmonization

Global Treasury Initiatives

1. Proactively identify and lead projects to improve treasury service offerings and enhance treasury system infrastructure, focusing on cost reduction, efficiency, enhanced control and risk mitigation

2. Coordinate implementation of new banking and cash management services with US business units, acting as operational lead for service implementations across our domestic units

3. Create and monitor key performance indicators for benchmarks and best in class treasury operations

4. Standardize and enhance reporting and data provided to business units and executive leadership

Global Banking Platforms

1. Subject matter expert

1. Provide instructions and information to users and business unit administrators

2. Maintenance of current banking platforms

3. Security Administrator

4. User System Maintenance

5. Roll out of bank system enhancements, new banking products and migration of banking platform users

Credit Cards & Concur Platform

1. Subject matter expert

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Financial Systems or a related field

  • Previous Experience with Banking, Cash Management, Financial and Treasury Systems, Treasury Management preferred

  • Experience with project management and cross functional communication ideal
