Pulsafeeder EPO is on the verge of wide-ranging product innovation, and is seeking to build out its sales team to position itself for scalable growth.

Position description:

The Regional Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire sales process within the defined territory. This will include both prospecting new opportunities as well as managing key distributor accounts.

The successful candidate will be able to balance prospecting and relationship-building activities such that measurable growth is achieved.

Success will be defined by the individual’s ability to grow the opportunity funnel, as well as achieve plan targets in Orders, Sales, and Margin in the defined territory.

This individual will have tremendous visibility within Pulsafeeder EPO and other IDEX business units.


  • Launch direct contact campaigns consisting of cold-calls, in-person meetings, and group presentations to build alliances with key decision-makers in the procurement chain

  • Aggressively pursue end-customer and EPC engagement to identify and map the procurement path for large, complex projects

  • Maximize output from key channel partners within the defined region

  • Close complex project sales within key distributor accounts
