cost-efficient, high-technology product for flow measurement & leak

detection with U.S. based service & support. Our technologically

innovative instruments form an integrated approach to system monitoring

& leakage control for water distribution networks. Our customers rely

hydraulic analysis necessary to support the project and financial

objectives. At ADS, we offer comprehensive, innovative flow information,

from real-time flow data to temporary flow monitoring reports. Drawing upon

SCOPE OF ROLE:

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the coordination of group

activity wherein the Project Manager plans, organizes staffs, directs, and

controls to achieve successful project completion with constraints on time,

cost, performance, and customer needs. The PM must be experienced in client

management, customer service and customer communication for multiple small

to large clients and projects. The PM must show experience and capability

of managing multiple projects, clients, and product lines. The PM must

provide proof of ability to collect, analyze, evaluate and report on

technical data collected in the field for both water and sewer-related

projects.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Advise Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations of contractualcommitments and variations allowed.

  • Assist and support with personal development and training

  • Assure that payment is received in accordance with contractual terms

  • Conduct frequent, regular project evaluation and review meetings toidentify current and future problems and initiate actions for theirresolution

  • Define and establish schedules and budgets for all field work andmonitor progress on each task in relation to the overall project

  • Ensure that all equipment, documents, and services are appropriatelydelivered to the customer for acceptance and use within the contractualschedule and costs

  • Identify any potential areas of exposure to existing or potentialcontracts and initiate appropriate action to alert higher managementand eliminate such exposure

  • Assure that all required steps are taken to present all projectdeliverable items adequately to the customer for acceptance, and thoseproject activities are closed out in an efficient and economical manner

  • Ensure that Purchasing and Subcontractors fulfill theirresponsibilities to obtain delivery of materials, equipment, documents,and services on schedule and within estimated cost for the project

  • Oversee the control of the product, configuration, and cost

  • Participate with responsible managers in developing overall projectobjectives, strategies, budgets, and schedules to ensure that allproject activities realistically and adequately call scheduled,budgeted, provided for, monitored, and reported

  • Prepare and submit weekly or monthly progress reports to management,and to the customer if required

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, orequivalent work experience required

  • Capability to build relationships and work well across functions is aplus

  • Capacity to lead, prioritize and oversee multiple large-scale projectsin a fast-paced environment with proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Demonstrates the capacity to manage changing priorities and ambiguitywhile remaining calm and controlled

  • Displays a strong customer orientation and strategic thinking with anentrepreneurial spirit

  • Exhibits competence in critical areas of management and leadershipexpertise including relationship management, communication, staffdirection and motivation, financial planning and control, qualitymanagement, risk management, and the achievement of targets

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

  • Has superior judgment and communicates a "can do" attitude and positiveoutlook, minimizing negative behaviors

  • Maintains direction and focus through proactive planning and organizedapproaches to work

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Proven inability in project management methodology

  • Shows initiative and resourcefulness with keen attention to detail

  • Willingness to travel
