Job Title : High Purity Technician

CIC Project Engineers are the face of Mott with customers in challenging industries such as Healthcare & Pharma, Space Exploration, Specialty Chemical, and Semiconductor manufacturing, demonstrating Mott’s technical excellence through deep product expertise and on time delivery of first of a kind prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:

Major Challenges:

  1. Check and maintain accuracy of components in WIP and stock

  2. Quality assurance

  3. Maintenance of standards in Clean Room work environment

  4. Adhere to QMS Procedures

  5. Learning many process and different equipment to complete tasks

  6. Adhering to HP cleanliness requirements

Expected Performance Outcomes:

Required Experience:

  1. Process HP Products to meet production schedule and customers’ expectations

  2. Maintain less than 2% scrap or rework

  3. High School Diploma or equivalent / 2 year technical degree is beneficial

  4. 1 – 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment

  5. Clean room experience is a plus

  6. Experience with TIG welding equipment is beneficial
