Sales Manager (m/w/d) EMEA

Being the Sales Manager (m/w/d) EMEA at Knight LLC you are responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships with our OEM customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa where you market our chemical dispensing systems and grow market share, to serve the Agriculture, Chemical Processing, Hospitality, Food & Pharma as well as the Industrial markets.

YOUR TASKS

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve plan targets for growth and profitability, analyze industries and account trends as well as identify new product and market opportunities

  • Implement the optimum sales channel for Knight product promotion, value, and distribution geo-graphically for all product categories

  • Establish and manage metrics to meet customer expectations and manage operational excellence interface to leverage our expertise in strengthening account relationships

  • Support customers with hands on guidance, site visits, demonstrations and troubleshooting activity as well as product training and promotion seminars

  • Work closely with other unit sales management, other IDEX business units, customer support, applications and product engineering, information systems, and finance

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed university degree in marketing, communications, engineering or equivalent education

  • Long-term experience in technical sales in a manufacturing environment

  • Sound technical understanding of electro-mechanical, electric chemical devises and pneumatic systems plus ability to use hand tools like a voltmeter etc.

  • Experience with chemical pumping/dosing systems in Hospitality, food, beverage or dairy processing, health-care industries is desired

  • Proficiency in forecasting, margin analysis and financial statements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills combined with strong attention to detail and a drive to success personality

  • Business fluent language skills in German and English as well as willingness to travel internationally
