Summary

An Envirosight Truck and Van Build and Assembly Technician will be part of our dynamic Truck Build team in Callery, PA. (Located just north of Pittsburgh, near Beaver and Cranberry.) In this role, you’ll work in a climate-controlled environment with a small team of co-workers under the guidance of a manager who has been doing this work for over a decade. If you like building things and hands on work, you’re going to enjoy this job. We’ll teach you and help you develop a complete knowledge of all CCTV mobile inspection unit layouts, components, and equipment. We just ask that you be a team player, who is ready and willing to work collaboratively to maintain our growing production schedule.

The team at the truck build facility brings our customers orders to life for their Sewer Inspection Van & Vehicles for Field Inspection. Our technicians work on panel vans, trailers, portable inspection enclosures, and box trucks. Key Skill Set Requirements

• Technical and hands on capabilities including carpentry, fabrication, mechanical, and basic plumbing.

• Ability to read basic floor plans/dimensions and follow Envirosight vehicle build sheet

• Plan, organize, and execute all chassis build-outs from start to finish

• Demonstrate safe operation of power tools/equipment

• Completion of forklift training and all safety training within first 60 days of employment as well as all necessary courses and training, throughout employment, to maintain OSHA compliance

• Establish an understanding of the production schedule

• Essential function to lift over 15 pounds

• Must be able to perform all necessary physical functions throughout an eight-hour work day

• Ability to accurately account for inventory

• Maintain a clean and safe shop area

• Assess builds thoroughly and accurately for quality assurance

• Additional responsibilities assigned as needed
