Summary: Trebor International is offering an exciting opportunity to join an organization that is innovative, growth-oriented and also benefits from a multi-billion dollar parent corporation.Trebor International manufactures high purity pumps and heaters for fluid handling systems primarily used in the semiconductor market. Trebor is seeking an ideal candidate who should be competent in the following areas:
Major Tasks and Responsibilities :
Compile and record production data as required
Expedite orders with suppliers
Assist with production planning and execution
Backup for Supply Chain Coordinator
Participate in daily backlog meeting with commercial operation teams
Track production times and close work orders for tracking production metrics
Participate in daily management meetings to report out on progress and ensures teams have needed information for execution
Responsible for various actions with work orders such as transactions, times, and releases
Update and track parts shortage list on the floor
Contact vendors on short parts and provide information as needed
Generate late PO reports
Sustain files of documents used and prepared
Charts production, based on statistics compiled, for reference by production and management personnel
Obtain and assemble information for use by the department
Communicate assignments effectively
Make decisions within scope of responsibility
Interact with all levels of management
Interacts with other administrative support personnel to coordinate organization activities

Process Owner’s Minimum Requirements:
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma
0-2 years related experience in administrative duties
Continued education is highly recommended.Specific skills, knowledge, and/or license:
Experience with ordering supplies and non-inventory items.
Working knowledge of planning meetings and activities (CPI) - scheduling meeting room and coordinating calendars of personnel is required.
Experience with coordinating travel.
Working knowledge of creating spreadsheets, presentation information, reports, memos, and letters is required.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook software is required.
Working knowledge of Visual operating system is preferred.
Proficient written and verbal communications skills are required.
Abilities to prioritize, plan and multi-task are required.
Must be detail-oriented and have good organizational skills.
